The beaches in De Haan are ideal for kids, with plenty of shallow water for them to play in and plenty of sand for them to build sand castles. There are also plenty of activities for kids to enjoy, from a pirate ship playground to go-carts and mini-golf.
De Haan is also a great place for families to relax and unwind. The town’s historic centre is lined with cafes, restaurants, and shops. You can also take a stroll along the seafront promenade, which has a playground. This is one of the nicest Belgian coast towns, as there are no tall buildings right next to the beach. De Haan is one of our most favorite ones along with De Panne for this reason!

De Sierk is a circus-themed playground for kids of all ages. It is a great option for rainy days, because there are many covered areas.

Play Forest
Very close to Center Parcs in De Haan you can find the play area Wonderbos in the forest. There are several activities for kids that will keep them happy.

Giant Slide: Slierberg
The huge slide in Slierberg is worth trying at least once! The rest of the play area in the forest is very small, but the slide is amazing!
