Overview
The traditionally dressed band that plays music throughout the day really sets the festive mood for the whole event. They play very often and at random times, make sure you stay long enough to catch one of their mini concerts!

There is a booth with sausages, potato salad and other German delicacies, like Kartoffelreibekuchen. We always have lunch there when we visit this Christmas market, the food is pretty good

We also really like the charcuterie stand. Highly recommend the spicy salami and the salami with walnuts

Gluhwein and hot chocolate could not be missing from any German Christmas market! There is also Stollen, the traditional German Christmas bread

Tip!
The Christmas market has an indoor area and a partially covered outdoor area, so it’s perfect even when the weather is not cooperating
Several creators have a stand with handmade wooden toys and other items, like leather gloves. It’s a good opportunity to shop some locally made Christmas gifts

Tip!
This is a small and cute Christmas market in the heart of Brussels. You can spend there as little as half an hour, if you want to just see it quickly and eat something. Do not expect that you are going to spend half a day or the whole day as in a bigger Christmas market. See the Nearby section for tips on what to do in the area!
