The pumpkin festival at Potironnerie is a great way to welcome fall! Lots of pumpkins and a tractor ride for the kids – we had to go back 🙂
Potironnerie 2023 dates: 22-24.09.2023
Fête du Potiron (Pumpkin Festival)
There are pumpkins everywhere! And the kids get a tractor ride 🙂

The pumpkin festival takes place every year the last weekend of September. You can also visit on the weekends throughout October – if there are pumpkins left!

Keep an eye on the website, as they stop accepting visitors once the pumpkins are over!

There are tons of pumpkins in all shapes and colors you can imagine

Tip
Wear rain boots, as it can get muddy if it’s rained before!
Tractor Ride

Kids also get a tractor ride at Potironnerie! This was the highlight of our visit. I couldn’t get better pictures, as I was carrying my youngest in the tractor 🙂

Apart from the tractor ride the kids get, there is also a small tractor that kids can play with.
Practical stuff
- Bring a bag for pumpkins or other vegetables (there are also beans to pick yourself)
- Cash or Bancontact
- Wear rain boots, as it can get muddy
- The entrance is free and you do not need to reserve a spot.
- You can park in the streets nearby.
- This is a stroller friendly activity, but keep in mind it can get muddy in the fields
