A Family’s Guide To Christmas Markets: Tips on planning your visit with kids
The following tips will help you know what to expect and to plan ahead your Christmas market experience with kids
Attractions
There is a Ferris wheel, which we always do to get a different point of view of the city

The covered ice rink is beautiful at night! There are many tables right next to it, so you can watch your kids ice skating while you sip a hot chocolate. Also since it is covered, it is a good option even when the weather is cold/rainy

The Grand Carousel is stunning – and as always, lots of fun for kids

There is a covered giant slide made of wood

There is a little Christmas train, where we spent tons of time – because who wouldn’t want to ride the sleigh with the reindeer? It’s rather small, but it still kept our kids pretty busy

And right next to the Christmas train, you can find Santa’s house! It’s the friendliest Santa ever!! We had no idea what this little house was when we entered, so this was a pleasant surprise. There is also a mailbox for Santa there. Santa Claus comes on 07.12.2022 and you can visit him at his house every day 12.00-20.00 until 30.12.2022

Also the Christmas Flying Reindeer was a big hit!

Santa’s Ghost Villa is a short ride, where people with costumes and masks try to scare the kids. Our son found it funny, but other kids might get scared

There is also the Magical City, a labyrinth with mirrors and some more attractions like the Christmas Hotel (Crazy Palace)

There are many different dining options

Some of them look amazing

It is a wonderful Christmas market for kids!
