National Geographic just released its travel bucket list for the new year, and we’re excited! From cultural hot spots to up-and-coming destinations, this is the ultimate 2025 travel bucket list. 

Every year, the travel experts at National Geographic compile a list of top destinations for their annual bucket list. They look at factors such as safety, beauty, highlights, and quality of experiences. 

For this year’s list, several cities, countries, and regions came out ahead, and we can’t wait to visit. Below is National Geographic’s 2025 travel list and why you should visit.
