Renipont is a small, sandy beach with a slide and a restaurant next to the beach not far from Brussels
There is shade under trees and lots of grass. There are also a few chaise longues you can use for free and a beach volley court
The restaurant is full even on weekdays, you need to reserve in advance to eat there. Picnic is not allowed (only water and fruits). There is a guinguette at the beach with ice cream and beverages
-The beach is accessible 11.00-19.00
-Cost: adults EUR 9, kids 4-7 EUR 7, kids < 3 free entrance
-Stroller friendly as much as sand can be. No need for a stroller though, you park and walk through the restaurant and you are at the beach already 🙂
-Dogs are not allowed
-Parking at the restaurant (be careful though, you might get stuck as the parking is small and narrow)
About half an hour from Schuman, Brussels (or about 1 hour 15 minutes by public transport)
