-Raversyde has two separate museums and a nature park -Atlantikwall is a complex of German WWI & WWII bunkers, tunnels & observation posts, perfect for history lovers. Use the audio guide for the self-guided tour. -Anno 1465 offers reconstructed medieval village houses to learn about the daily life in 1465 -There is also a nature park, where you can have a 2.5km walk around the site -There is a restaurant (closed for now) and a small playground next to the restaurant’s terrasse -Cost: kids < 12 years old free entrance, the rest of us pay EUR 6 for the Atlantikwall or EUR 5 for Anno 1465, or EUR 8 for both -Online reservation is mandatory -You can book your tickets here: https://tickets.raversyde.be/en/ -Raversyde requires you to allocate 2 hours for the Atlantikwall and 1 hour for Anno 1465; if you are trying to book tickets later in the day that do not satisfy these conditions, then you will not be able to book the tickets -The walk is adapted for the pandemic; not all Atlantikwall bunkers and not all Anno 1465 houses are accessible -Atlantikwall is not stroller friendly, not wheelchair friendly (there are lots of stairs) -Anno 1465 is stroller friendly, wheelchair friendly -Dogs are not allowed in Anno 1465 and in Atlantikwall. Dogs are allowed on a leash in the nature park only -It can be combined with Middelkerke (beach playground, carts and a park with a nice playground) or with Nieuwpoort (playgrounds, carts and a ferry ride to the natural reserve) or with Oostende (post coming soon) or with Mariakerke (post coming soon) -About 1 hour 20 minutes drive NW of Schuman, Brussels (2 hours 20 minutes by public transport)
