The park is 75 hectares and hosts 7,000 animals, so most probably you will not see everything in one day. You can either prioritize what you visit or take the little train to drive around the park.

If you’re looking for a petting zoo where you can have direct contact with the animals, the little goat section near the entrance is exactly that
There are several restaurants throughout the park. Picnic is also allowed, there are many picnic tables and benches around the park
