SnowWorld Antwerp offers a 240m long piste of snow throughout the year! There are classes for skiing and snowboarding too – and it is only half an hour drive from Brussels.

SnowWorld Antwerp
Kids can start as of 2.5 years old (update: the courses now start at 3 years old). Our daughter is almost that age, so thought we’d give it a try. She stayed on the snowboard for maybe 5 whole minutes 🙂 Thankfully our 5-year old son enjoyed it more!
There is a specific course you can choose for kids 3-5 years old, called “Parent and child course”. It’s for little kids that wouldn’t want the parent to leave and it offers one companion for free.
There is also a high-track with a zip line at the end. Kids need to be minimum 1.40m to use it.
Tip
Dress well even if you are not skiing, as the temperature in the piste is -5 degrees.
SnowWorld Antwerp Restaurant
There is a café right next to the piste, where you can enjoy a hot drink while the kids are skiing.
There is also a restaurant with burgers, pizza, pasta and more. Nowadays they also do fondue!
