Stokkenman route
-Hike for kids!
-Follow the Stokkenmannen for 4.2 km through the forest and end at a big playground
-Just opened in October 2020
-You can buy the little books with stories and games about the Stokkenmannen (NL) for EUR 5 from the Visitors’ Reception (Bezoekerscentrum)
-Or you can download the app (NL) here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=be.kattevennen.stokkenmanroute
-The books and the app are optional, they provide stories and assignments for each Stokkenman in Dutch; your experience would be enhanced, but you can just skip them
-The circular route is signposted with little Stokkenmannen with blue arrows
-The Bezoekerscentrum is also the starting point of the hike
-There is the Kattevennia café near the parking
-Toilets at the Bezoekerscentrum
-No dogs allowed at the playground
-Dogs allowed on a leash at the walk
-Stroller friendly (with big tires), but there are tons of mud if it has rained
