One of the main highlights of Struisvogelnest is the opportunity for kids to interact with the animals. There are plenty of friendly alpacas and goats that kids can pet and play with. Furthermore, there are ostriches, sheep, ponies, horses, cows, pigs, turkeys, chickens, and rabbits. It’s a great way for children to learn about different types of animals and to develop a sense of empathy and compassion for them.

There are little tractors everywhere! Indoors and outdoors, kids can run around on their tractors.

There is an indoor playground with lots of tables around it, jumping castles, and a sandpit.
