Sint Alpaca Rode
-An alpaca farm where you can pet and feed the alpacas, go for a walk with them – or even spend the night in a tent!
-It was lots of fun for our kids, although the toddler was a bit scared from time to time
-Feeding the alpacas: EUR 30 for one hour, up to 6 people and each extra person EUR 5
-Walk with the aplacas: EUR 14 for 2-3 hours. Kids need to be older, 11-12+ years old or with an adult. There is a long waiting list for this option
-Tent: EUR 75 per night for 2 people, each extra person EUR 10 (everyone counts, even babies)
-They also organize birthday parties at EUR 14 per person for about 3 hours
-You can reach them by email here: sintalpacarode@gmail.com
-Stroller friendly, wheelchair friendly just for feeding, not for the walk
-Dogs are not allowed
-Parking along the street
-Bonus: there is a WW2 bunker in the property as well!!!
-It can be combined with Everzwijnbad, a lovely speelbos near Brussels
-It can be combined with Zoetwater. There is a forest, lakes, a playground and a terrasse next to it and is so close to Brussels!
-It can be combined with a walk around Doode Bemde, a beautiful area to walk in spring along the river Dijle and see cherry blossoms, Kasteel van Neerijse and horses at Lindenhof
-It can be combined with Multimovepad in Meerdaalwoud, a path in the fields and in the forest with several play structures along it
-It can be combined with provincial domain Kessel-Lo, there are playgrounds for all ages, a few animals, a lake and a swimming pool!
