There are also family go-carts! These are common along the Belgian coast, at places such as De Haan, Knokke, De Panne—literally everywhere!
Playgrounds in Nieuwpoort
If your little ones crave some time on a playground, Nieuwpoort has you covered. There’s a small climbing structure on the beach.

Lenspolder Kids Farm in Nieuwpoort
Lenspolder is a charming little farm for kids in Nieuwpoort, that’s perfect for a family outing!
Lenspolder offers a range of workshops (reserve in advance), a café with a convenient playground right next to it, and even wooden dairy cows in the yard that will surely bring a smile to your kids’ faces.
But wait, there’s more! As soon as you step in, you’ll find a barefoot path with an obstacle course at the entrance.
For some outdoor fun, head to the meadow, where slides and a climbing tower await your little adventurers. Let them run wild, climb, and slide while enjoying the beauty of the surroundings. It’s pure joy and freedom in the open air!
Lenspolder also understands that furry friends are part of the family. That’s why dogs are welcome on a leash. And don’t worry, there’s a smoking corner available for those who need it, while the farm remains a smoke-free zone.

These walks are wheelchair-accessible and stroller-friendly, except for the stairs to get to the beach at the nature reserve.
Where to Park in Nieuwpoort
Parking won’t be a problem with an outdoor paid parking place here at Louisweg 2 and an underground paid parking area here at Dienstweg Havengeul 12a. The latter is also wheelchair accessible.
