Would you like your kid to spend a couple of hours outdoors at a green space with their school at a weekly basis? Learning about nature and having fun at the same time?

What if we ask schools to start a weekly nature atelier?

How about we make the existing green spaces kids friendly, so that schools can take advantage of them during the school week (and families during the weekend)?

This would mean things like
*play structures
*educative walks to learn about nature
*crafts offered with natural material
*fun walks (like Vos in Het Bos or walks with gnomes)
*a covered area in case it starts raining
*toilet access

Spending even two hours a week in nature benefits health and wellbeing. Even more now, in the middle of the pandemic.

Tomorrow there is an atelier with Brussels Environment on how to improve our life. What do you guys think?
