Last year, this event had outstanding reviews from members of our group. It is a good option if you stay in Belgium for the holidays. Otherwise, it is difficult to attend.
4. Dragons & Unicorns at Planckendael Zoo

📍 Where: Planckendael Zoo

This light show takes place at Planckendael zoo. The installations are there even during the day, so you can see them (not illuminated) during a visit to the zoo. You need a separate ticket for the light show.
5. Winter Glow in Bruges

📍 Where: All around Bruges

Winter Glow in Bruges is a free light festival with several locations around the city. You can visit the light festival and then enjoy ice skating and a hot chocolate at the Christmas market in Bruges.
It’s a great way to see Bruges, one of the most beautiful cities in Belgium.
6. Bright Festival in Brussels

📍 Where: Royal Quarter, European Quarter

Bright Brussels is one of the best light shows – and it’s free.
7. Winter Light Bokrijk
🎡 What: Light show with light and fire installations, craft demonstrations and more.

📅 When: 26-30.12.2024
📍 Where: Bokrijk Provincial Domain

This light show takes place at the Open Air Museum in Bokrijk. The museum itself and the huge playground next to it are a great reason to visit this provincial domain.
Just a few minutes away, you can find Cycling through water, one of the nicest cycling paths in Belgium.
8. Grote Schijn

📍 Where: Rivierenhof, a provincial domain in Antwerp.
