Lego House
An impressive Lego tree extends from the ground floor all the way to the top – this photo only captures the upper part of it. It is fittingly named the Tree of Creativity.
There are so many details on the tree.
The top floor has dinosaur exhibits.
Some are bigger than others.
The fun begins when you take your Lego selfie – this is the four of us with the dinosaur in the background.
Then you go to the City Architect part, where you can see detailed models of cities full of trains going around and everything you can imagine. The light changes from day to night.
The Lego waterfall is huge and there are several Lego building tables all around it.
The real fun is all the interactive games you can play, like when you create a Lego fish, scan it, and find out the fish then proceed to having a blast at an underwater party 🙂
Our favorite part was the new mood dance! You create a Lego character, choose a mood for it, and it does a dance demonstration according to that mood.
You can even create your own movie with Lego characters.
There are many other different play zones for all ages and tastes.
There are also some Duplo areas for the younger Lego fans.
We really loved the outdoor play areas. They are unique and so well done.
The History Collection is a museum about Lego, how it all started, and how it has evolved throughout the years. Ole Kirk Kristiansen’s motto was “Det bedste er ikke for godt,” which means “only the best is good enough.”
Even the restaurant is a magical place! Get served by Lego robots 🙂
They are so cute!
There are Legos next to each table so that kids won’t get bored.
There are a few other places to grab an ice cream in the building as well.
This was our second time! Here is a photo from 2018.
…which we tried to recreate 🙂
All in all, we will visit this place again in the future. It helps that we also love Copenhagen so much and that there are many activities around Lego House, like Legoland and more (see the Nearby section of this post).
