Post Requirements

  • Length: At least 1,500 words.
  • Introduction: Engaging and concise, around 100 words.
  • No AI-Generated Content: We require all submissions to be authentically created by human authors. Content should be substantive and meaningful. Avoid filler material and focus on providing value to our readers with every paragraph.
  • Structure: Use headings, subheadings, short sentences and paragraphs for easy reading.
  • Images: High-quality original photos or properly credited images. We require a minimum of one photo per 300 words. By submitting your photos, you agree to allow us to edit them, use them for the post and on any social media platforms to promote the post.
  • Bio: Short author bio with a link to your website.
  • Backlinks: One backlink to your site per 500 words and a link to your homepage in the author bio. We will only include links to secure HTTPS websites belonging to fellow bloggers and will not link to commercial sites.

What We Avoid

  • AI content.
  • Republished or plagiarized content.
  • Overly promotional or commercial content.
  • Topics not directly related to travel experiences or destinations.
  • Low-quality images or photos for which you don’t own the rights.

Submission Process

  1. Familiarize With Our Content: Read our recent posts to understand our style and content.
  2. Originality Check: Ensure your topic is unique and not extensively covered on our blog.
  3. Pitch Your Idea: Email your pitch with a brief outline and potential title.
  4. Include Writing Samples: Share links to your previous work.
  5. Wait for our approval: Do not send a post without us having approved it first.
  6. Guidelines: Once your topic is approved, we will provide detailed guidelines and specific words to incorporate into your post.
  7. Deadline: After approving your topic, we will mutually agree on a submission deadline for your post.

Review and Publication

  • Draft Submission: Once approved, submit your complete draft based on our guideline.
  • Response Time: Expect a reply within 2 weeks.
  • Editing Process: We may edit for clarity, style, and format. We may add our links. We reserve the right to decline low-quality content and content that does not follow our guidelines.
  • Publication Timeline: Typically, posts are published within 3-6 weeks after acceptance.
