AP Cabanas Beach & Nature, Tavira
Regarding location and facilities, you’ll struggle to find a better value for money for an all-inclusive resort in Portugal than AP Cabanas Beach & Nature. This includes two swimming pools, an international restaurant, a wellness center, a mini market, and a bar. Alternatively, make the short journey into central Albufeira to party the night away.

RR Alvor Baía Resort, Alvor
RR Alvor Baía Resort in Alvor is one of my favorite affordable all-inclusive resorts in Portugal. Everything about this gorgeous 4-star resort oozes elegance, starting with the luxurious, modern bedrooms featuring comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, seating areas, and TVs. Despite Alvor Baía’s luxury appearance, it only costs approximately $650 per person to stay here.
When I stayed at Alvor Baía, I spent most of my time relaxing by the enormous swimming pool, sunbathing on the grass, and eating my body weight in delicious cuisine.
Alvor Baía has three swimming pools, a spa and wellness center, a fitness center, and two restaurants. The nearest beach is only five minutes away, and Alvor Baía provides a free shuttle bus.

RR Club Amarilis, Portimão
You can stay at RR Club Amarilis in Portimão for a week for approximately $1,000, or $500 per person. This is excellent value for money, considering you’ll be 1,200 feet (365 meters) from Praia da Rocha and have access to many amenities and facilities.
RR Club Amarilis has a large outdoor swimming pool with a sun lounger terrace, a kids pool, an indoor heated pool, and an all-inclusive restaurant. Other notable facilities at the resort include a sauna, a Turkish bath, tennis courts, and a fitness center.
Regarding bedrooms, every room at RR Club Amarilis features a private bathroom, a living room, and a TV. Some rooms also have balconies and kitchenettes.

The Patio Suite Hotel, Albufeira

The Navigator – Palm Oasis Alvor, Alvor
The Navigator—Palm Oasis Alvor is one of the top-rated, inexpensive, all-inclusive hotels in Portugal. It offers travelers beautiful accommodation options, essential amenities, and excellent facilities at an affordable price.
Couples can book a one-week all-inclusive stay at the hotel for approximately $500 per person. We can’t complain about that. The Navigator offers simple yet modern bedrooms with cozy beds, ensuite bathrooms, balconies, and desks.
For your $500, you’ll also have access to the hotel’s facilities and be treated to breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the on-site restaurant. Regarding relaxing, the Navigator has one outdoor swimming pool, and Alvor Beach is only 1.8 miles (2.9 kilometers) away.

Dom Pedro Madeira, Machico, Madeira
Another highly rated, affordable hotel in Madeira is Dom Pedro Madeira, a 4-star hotel overlooking the beach of Machico Bay. For approximately $600 per person, you and your partner can book a one-week stay at Dom Pedro Madeira. Most rooms at the hotel have modern furnishings, private bathrooms, and balconies.
