Château d’Hélécine offers playgrounds, jumping castles, a lake, animals, restaurants, puppet show – this is a great place to spend time with your family! You will need to reserve the BBQ.

Provincial domain Bois des Rêves offers a great playground for all ages, a forest and a café by the lake. At just half an hour away from Brussels, it is one of the best provincial domains near Brussels.

Provincial Domain Chevetogne
Provincial Domain Chevetogne is a vast domain of 600 hectares with playgrounds, sports facilities, pools, forests, lakes, gardens, a farm for kids.

Bouillon Passerelle
Bouillon Passerelle is a hanging bridge near the charming Bouillon. It is a short stroller friendly walk to see the suspended bridge over the Semois river – and there are options for longer hikes as well.
The BBQ is near the hanging bridge and is open to the public. You will find it on your right hand when walking from the Abbaye Notre-Dame de Clairefontaine towards La passerelle du Moulin de l’Épine (the name of the suspended bridge).

Natura Park
Natura Park offers treetop courses (accrobranche), e-scooters and bikes, barbecue, bangee jumping and the highlight is… A zip line over the lake!!!
You will need to reserve the BBQ and there is an associated fee.

The area of Lac de l’Eau d’Heure is worth going for a weekend. You can swim in the lake at a few points and it’s really nice when it’s warm and sunny.

Aquascope offers a fun and educational parcours for kids around the natural reserve of the lake Virelles with a good playground and ice cream to finish.
There is an entrance fee and you will need to reserve the BBQ.

Libin – The Enchanted Park
Libin – The Enchanted Park with the dwarfs offers a small hike of 1.8km, ideal for families with younger kids. The whole hike lasts very little, as it’s only 1.8km.
There is a BBQ in the park there too.
