If you are into active adventures, hiking the Pitons is an adventure you and your partner will love. The two iconic peaks, Gros Piton and Petit Piton, are part of the Pitons Management Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Pitons are one of the most picturesque Caribbean landscapes, so you should not miss them during your Caribbean escape. The stunning views along the way, the challenging climb, and the accomplishment of getting on top make it an even more memorable excursion for couples.

You do not have to summit both the peaks. The Gros Piton is considered more accessible, has well-marked trails, and is moderately challenging to climb. On the other hand, the Petit Piton is technically difficult and requires a higher level of fitness to summit. If you were to choose one, we would highly recommend you go for the Gros Piton.

Whatever peak you are summiting, you will have the opportunity to soak in the beauty of the island’s coastline, lush rainforests, and views of the town of Soufriere Bay and the Caribbean Sea.
